Kevin has been an attorney since 1989. For the first ten years of his career, he was an Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney in Chicago, Illinois. There he garnered extensive trial experience, prosecuting all forms of felonies ranging from First Degree Murder cases to narcotics cases. Kevin spent years in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Offices’ Appellate Division, Juvenile Division, Felony Trial Division, Felony Review Unit, Public Integrity Unit, Multi- Jurisdictional Narcotics Task Force, and the Labor and Employment Section of the Civil Bureau.

In 1999, Kevin entered the private practice of law, relocating his family and practice to Kenosha County, Wisconsin. Kevin now concentrates his practice of law in the areas of personal injury, worker’s compensation, social security disability, and criminal defense. In 2003, Kevin and Ted Kmiec established the Law Firm of Kmiec & Noonan LLC in Salem, Wisconsin

Since entering private practice, Kevin has obtained millions of dollars of damages and awards for his clients by way of trials, hearings and settlements.

Kevin has successfully litigated numerous types of civil and criminal cases in the following jurisdictions: Kenosha, Walworth, Racine, Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties’ Circuit Court in Wisconsin; Cook, Lake and McHenry Counties’ Circuit Court in Illinois; the Northern District of Illinois, and the Eastern District of Wisconsin in United States District Court.

Kevin has also handled numerous administrative matters before the Social Security’s Office of Disability Adjudication and Review, Wisconsin’s Department of Workforce Development’s Worker’s Compensation Division, Unemployment Division and Equal Rights Division; the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC); Illinois Department of Equal Rights (IDHR); and the Cook County Sheriff’s Merit Board.

Kevin is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Wisconsin Association for Justice and the Kenosha and Walworth County Bar Association.

Kevin lives in Antioch Illinois.
