Julie has an Associates Degree in Police Science, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, a Paralegal Certificate from National Paralegal College, and as of recently, she is a licensed Private Investigator in Wisconsin.

Julie worked as a Police Officer in the Village of Silver Lake before she was a Correctional Officer with Kenosha County for twenty years. She also worked as a Chapter 51 Mental Health Court Liaison with Kenosha County Human Services before she came to Kmiec & Noonan.

Since being at Kmiec & Noonan, Julie has maintained the office operations and daily functions. She uses her knowledge of the law, her life experience and training to help with our cases and legal research. Julie also assists with trial preparation and Jury Trials.

Julie lives in Antioch, Illinois with her family.
